Location: Must reside in Orlando, FL (Fully Remote, 1099 Contract Position) As a Business Consultant at Exit Factor, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering business owners to achieve their goals. You’ll guide clients through our proprietary Exit Factor system, helping them enhance profitability, streamline operations, and build sustainable value. From cultivating new client relationships to delivering high-impact consulting sessions, you’ll be at the forefront of driving transformative growth. In this role, you will drive business development by engaging prospective clients through phone, email, and in-person outreach to promote Exit Factor’s business value assessments and consulting packages. You will deliver impactful consulting by conducting one-to-one sessions using our proprietary methodology to help clients achieve measurable growth in profit and efficiency. You will convert leads into long-term clients by showcasing the value of Exit Factor’s services, and you will work closely with our dynamic team to ensure exceptional client experiences. 5+ years of experience in business consulting or coaching. | 5+ years of proven success in business development or sales. | Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading Zoom-based meetings. | Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and Zoom. | Strong time management and organizational skills. | A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving goals and embracing opportunities.
