Amanda Juengst is a Growth & Exit Strategist at Exit Factor, where she helps business owners increase the value of their company while navigating the complex process of exit planning—whether they’re preparing to sell in the near term or laying the groundwork for a future transition. Before joining Exit Factor, Amanda built a successful career in the aviation industry as a Project Manager and Engineer. She led large-scale, cross-functional teams on high-impact projects both in the U.S. and abroad, developing a strong foundation in operational efficiency, strategic planning, and effective communication. Amanda holds a master’s degree in international business from Saint Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cycling, and spending quality time with her husband.
