JC Beltran is a Certified Exit Strategist with Exit Factor DFW (Central) and brings over 20 years of leadership experience across banking, fintech and retail sales distribution. As a Fractional COO he specializes in driving growth through strategic finance, change management and leadership development. Growing up in a family of serial entrepreneurs, J.C. learned the importance of key levers and dashboards to scale revenue and build strong leadership. During two decades in banking, he prepared companies for acquisitions, mergers and sales. As the founder of three companies he successfully sold, he combines entrepreneurial expertise with practical strategies to help business owners achieve their dreams. An alumnus of Brigham Young University and an MBA candidate at Louisiana State University 2025, J.C. is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the mountains and sailing with his wife and their dog Charlie.
