Jessica Demey is a business growth consultant and exit strategist for Exit Factor. She is also a US Army veteran and had a successful career as a Project Engineer with Lockheed Martin for over 2 decades, alongside co-owning and growing a private veterinary practice. Jessica’s unique experience allowed her to develop strong communication skills and a deep understanding of both operational efficiency and strategic planning. Jessica obtained a master’s in business administration from Colorado State University, which lead her to be passionate about helping business owners maximize their profits and plan for their future by developing clear exit strategies. She understands the complex relationships between owners and their businesses and wants to help guide them in their success. In her free time, she loves anything outdoors and traveling the world. Her son, dogs and cat keep her busy and often accompany her on her adventures.
