Kevin O’Connor is a business consultant who believes in the power of building companies that work for their owners, not because of them. He began his journey in business by building a kitchen and bath remodeling company, which he scaled over two decades before successfully exiting in 2024. That experience taught him the real challenges of ownership, the long hours, constant demands, and struggle to balance growth with freedom. Now Kevin is working to build better businesses by helping entrepreneurs achieve freedom and the ability to grow their businesses while gaining back their time. Kevin lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He enjoys the outdoors, walks with his wife, and watching his 3 daughters play volleyball.
