Leslie Espy is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur, event planner, and business growth consultant with Exit Factor, where she helps business owners scale and position their companies for successful exits. Passionate about supporting business owners, she has led brand-building initiatives and curated high-impact events that connect leaders across business, politics, and economic development. Leslie serves on the board of National Black MBA Atlanta as Director of Special Events and Corporate Affairs, producing programs such as business expos and wealth summits. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan and a BA from UNC Chapel Hill, and outside of work, she is a licensed realtor and avid traveler who has explored more than 40 countries.
