Rory Woodfaulk is the Associate Vice President of Transworld Business Advisors and Exit Factor – Atlanta South Metro, where he helps service-based and franchise owners build scalable operations, increase cash flow, and prepare for successful exits.

Before advising owners on value and exit readiness, Rory spent more than 20 years leading multi-million-dollar operations at Chick-fil-A, Target, and The Home Depot, sharpening his expertise in process improvement, people development, and profitability. He also founded Cymilleum AI, an “AI-driven, human-focused” consulting firm that helps frontline teams use practical AI tools to work smarter and grow business value.

The son of a small business, Rory saw firsthand what happens when a strong business lacks a transition plan, and that experience fuels his commitment to protecting both the numbers and the legacy behind them.

Rory holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Florida A&M University and an MBA in Operations Management from DePaul University. He lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and two daughters.
