Tammy Phillips has joined Exit Factor Chicago as an Exit Readiness Advisor, bringing decades of operational and financial leadership across founder-led and growth-stage businesses. A CPA by training, Tammy spent over 16 years in manufacturing, rising through roles from Controller to President & CEO, while also building a Fractional CFO and Controller consulting practice that supports owner-operators through complex financial and operational decisions. She works closely with founders to protect legacy, strengthen enterprise value, and create optionality for the next chapter—whether that path includes next-generation leadership, an ESOP, a strategic sale, or continued expansion.

In addition to executive leadership, Tammy is deeply passionate about workforce development and serves as the National Chairwoman of Jane Addams Resource Corporation (JARC), where she supports access to manufacturing careers and the development of strong talent pipelines.
Rurally raised, Tammy is a devoted dog lover, a volleyball mom, and a proud parent of a son in college.
