Chad Palmer, a respected authority in the field of digital marketing, brings over two decades of expertise to the table as the Chief Marketing Officer of United Franchise Group. In this pivotal role, he assists in the success of 11 distinct brands, orchestrating strategies that resonate across a global network of over 1600 franchisees in 60+ countries. A visionary leader, Chad is also a sought-after keynote speaker and frequent panelist, offering profound insights into the future of AI and the evolving landscape of marketing within the franchise industry.

Lucas Otero is a Technical Support Advisor at United Franchise Group, where he provides troubleshooting, technical guidance, and infrastructure support to franchisees. Before joining UFG in 2024, he assisted in a corporate-wide migration from a local domain to Azure Active Directory and later managed the configuration and deployment of over 700 POS systems for a national pet retail chain. Lucas brings hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems, hardware rollouts, and a strong problem-solving mindset to every challenge he supports.

Arielle DoOuteiro brings a well-rounded blend of marketing expertise, operational insight, and strategic support to the Exit Factor network. With a background in marketing, consulting, and business operations, along with more than 29 certifications in digital marketing, design, and project management, she focuses on helping franchisees and consultants drive efficient, sustainable growth. Prior to joining Exit Factor, Arielle served as Assistant Director of Digital Marketing Operations, where she led initiatives across SEO, social media, and paid media. Her approach balances creative execution with data-backed strategy, supporting business owners in improving visibility, refining messaging, and developing scalable marketing systems that align with long-term goals.

John is a Regional Vice President for Exit Factor. He is responsible for recruiting and supporting new franchisees in the Western United States.
