Exit Factor’s Western Chicagoland office is owned by husband and wife team, Thano Emerick and Nicole Crimaldi Emerick. After witnessing many disappointing, failed or unplanned business exits, we felt called to serve the hard-working business owners in our community who deserve more.

When we aren’t serving our clients, we enjoy volunteering in the community, teaching the art + science of exit planning and meeting other local B2B providers who can assist our clients.
